JOB SUMMARY

Honolulu Ship Supply is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shopper/Driver to join our team. The Shopper/Driver will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate procurement of supplies and deliveries for our maritime clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on problem-solving, and has a strong sense of responsibility.
This could be a good part-time position for a student.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately fulfill shopping lists for ship supplies, including food, beverages, and specialty items.
• Safely transport purchased items to designated locations, including docks and warehouses.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Select products and assemble customer orders in preparation for final check and delivery.
• Document purchases and deliveries accurately.
• Liaise with internal teams and vendors to confirm orders and resolve discrepancies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

SKILLS:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven ability to shop efficiently while prioritizing cost and quality.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
